People come to therapy for many different reasons. Sometimes something specific is happening; at other times, things simply don't feel quite right. Therapy can offer a space to slow things down, understand what is happening and look at things differently.

Some of the experiences we live through stay with us long after they have ended. I offer a space to understand their impact and find a way forward.

I offer both therapy and coaching for adults with ADHD. Therapy can provide space to explore the emotional, relational and developmental impact of living with ADHD, while coaching offers practical, collaborative support shaped around what you want to work on or achieve.

Item descriptionRelationships can become difficult for many reasons. Couples therapy offers space to understand what is happening between you, recognise patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find different ways of relating to one another.
I also have a particular interest in working with international and intercultural couples navigating relationships across cultures and homelands.
I'm Andi Kerr Little, a psychotherapist based in Oslo. Originally from Scotland, I have lived and worked in Norway for more than fifteen years.
My approach is collaborative, curious and grounded in the relationship between therapist and client. I integrate talking therapy with somatic approaches, recognising that our experiences can affect not only how we think and feel, but also how we respond physically.
