ADHD COACHING
ADHD coaching is a collaborative process, shaped around what you want to work on and what you would like to be different. This might involve overcoming a particular difficulty, developing skills and strategies, working towards a personal or professional goal, or gaining a better understanding of how ADHD affects you in different areas of your life.
Coaching gives us a structured space to look at where you are now, where you would like to be, and what might help you move towards that. The work is practical and active, while also recognising that meaningful change often starts with understanding yourself and how you function.
A neuroaffirming approach
I work from a neuroaffirming perspective, taking time to understand your particular circumstances, strengths, difficulties and the ways ADHD shows up in your life.
From there, we can build on what already works, develop strategies for the areas you want support with, and find ways of working towards your goals that are realistic for you. The focus of the coaching comes from what matters to you and what you want to achieve.

Working together
We focus on what you would like to change, develop or work towards. We can establish goals together, develop strategies and skills, put these into practice, and use what happens between sessions to inform how we move forward.
Coaching can be adapted to your needs and preferences. This might include having your camera off during online sessions, using written or audio information, or adapting how information and ideas are communicated and explored during sessions.
You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with me. Coaching is open to adults who have been diagnosed with ADHD as well as those who recognise ADHD in themselves.
